By downloading, installing, or using SideQuest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SideQuest is a festival schedule coordination app that allows users to create personal schedules, form groups, vote on set times, and receive personalized artist recommendations via Spotify integration.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App.
- Create accounts through automated means or under false pretenses.
- Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the App without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by SideQuest and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services such as Spotify. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
